6. If you cook at home, how will you eat out?

Its not a sin to eat out. Even if you follow my suggestion and cook at home every day, you can obviously still eat out. Remember to just eat healthy food wherever you eat outside your home. Even if you go to a friend or relative's house, try to not eat too much of any food item, and avoid fried or oily food items as much as possible. Try to follow this suggestion if you go to a restaurant as well.

It’s not wrong to go to a restaurant sometimes. But it’s wrong to go to a restaurant always to have food. It’s good to have home-cooked food as often as possible. However, even I actually eat in a restaurant sometimes. But there I eat food which is sufficiently healthy or clearly not unhealthy. So please don’t feel that I am trying to give medical advice. I am just sharing my secrets about how I stay healthy always. I eat a lot of good food in my home. If I eat outside my home, I definitely try to eat healthy food wherever I am having food at that time. So I know very well that we all have unhealthy and somewhat illogical cravings, especially due to many advertisements in the media. Those will affect anyone. So, it’s natural to want to have food outside your home sometimes. That’s not a problem if you just have healthy food in a restaurant. But it’s not at all necessary or good to have cheap food from a roadside stall, regardless of how easy and tempting it is to have that food especially if it’s available very close to your office or your home. So I want to strongly state that there is no good reason to have cheap food from the open shops, but there is good reason to have healthy food outside your home sometimes if you know it’s available in a good restaurant which may be a little expensive. It’s not a good idea to think about saving money eating cheap food from a roadside stall, because that is not a good way to save money. The best way to save money is to eat home-cooked food as often as possible. It’s also a great way to stay healthy, look healthy and feel good. If you understand all this, then I want to add that it’s a great way to have fun as well, cooking your meals whenever possible at home on your own.

Remember that I will always say that I am not a doctor or an athlete obviously. I am a job-holder in a small company. But I always try to stay healthy because that’s good for me and useful especially because I know that’s the way to be happy.
