8. What if you don't cook? What can you do then?

Its not uncommon to find people who don't cook at all. If you don’t cook, you can try it out. If you don’t want to, that’s not a problem. But it’s definitely fun to cook your own food. You can feel powerful if you prepare your own meals sometimes. It’s a great feeling of power when you prepare food in your home kitchen. Everyone should try to cook food at home sometimes. If you do it every day, you will feel great.

If you don’t know how to cook, its easy to learn by reading some websites, or by watching videos on YouTube, or by reading cookbooks. The books are not expensive, and are a great source of valuable advice and tips as well as a source of important instructions for cooking on your own. Online videos are also helpful for learning to cook, but a bit less helpful if you want to become a great cook quickly starting from scratch today. So, its necessary to learn slowly and also necessary to enjoy the whole learning process. If you cook your favorite meals or snacks on your own, you should feel great doing so. At the same time, if you cook food for someone else sometimes, you will definitely become a hero provided the food tastes good. Its fun to cook food at home, either for yourself of for someone else.

What can you do if you don’t enjoy cooking at home as a learner? It’s a good idea to learn from someone at home if you can’t learn using books. Taking someone’s help even at home is a great idea, in my opinion. It’s not at all foolish.

Its true that cooking food at home even for just yourself, is not a way to earn money or gain professional experience. But it’s a great way to have fun and, at the same time, stay healthy by cooking healthy food for yourself at home, and having it as much as possible. Remember that it’s the best way to stay healthy. There are other ways obviously, but if you want to work out in a gym and have protein shakes and supplements to build muscles, then I will just warn you about the high cost of that food. At the same time, I want to strongly state that these bodybuilding food items are not good for your body at all, rather they will make you look like a big person unnecessarily. In my opinion, a big body is not at all nice or beautiful especially if it’s very big or extremely large. A good-looking body is built through healthy eating and a little bit of exercise with maybe some sports. If you want to work out in a gym to look muscular, remember that you will have to work very hard while doing the bodybuilding exercises there. At the same time, you will be spending a lot of time in the gym, and obviously spending too much for the big body you want. Remember that looking bigger than others is not a good idea, but eating home-cooked food is a great idea to probably any family member in any family. If you ask me why do people think bodybuilders are very attractive, then I will say that they are not at all attractive but quite big and therefore obviously very different from most people with an average body weight and no big muscles.

Regardless of my advice here about not going for bodybuilding exercises, you can work out in the gym obviously if you want. I want to remind you that I am not a health expert like a doctor or an athlete, but remember that I took a lot of advice from many doctors in my home country and in other countries where I lived in at different times in my life. So, please do not feel anxious thinking that my advice is not reasonable or logical or helpful. I talk about some health tips in my short videos on this website, so you can get a good idea about me and my health and about my advice in a clear way as well. I hope this makes you feel better overall. So, please keep checking my website or blog posts always. Eat healthy food and stay healthy always. In my next blog post, I will start discussing about good exercises to get healthy and stay healthy.
