9. How can you be strong? What are my secrets for being strong?

Its important to me to be strong enough to be able to do all my household work as well as my office work. Eating healthy food is necessary to become healthy. But if you want to be strong, then you will have to do exercise. I don’t do heavy exercise, but I walk every day. If possible, then I do some freehand exercise as well. That helps me to be strong. But my strength is not more than necessary for me to do my daily work in the office or at home. How do I know how much strength is necessary for me, and not too much? The answer is I have been working as a job-holder for a long time, therefore I know very well exactly how much strength I need in the office. I definitely know how much strength I need at home, as I have been doing some household work ever since I was a child.

I think that just like me, you can know exactly how much strength you need to do all your work every day. Just try to work with a relaxed mindset every day. It’s true that we all get stressed out if we work too quickly or too much on a given day. In that case, you should not take that much stress on any given day. Its better if you try to work using your strength properly, rather than working so hard that your strength is not enough to help you to finish your work even though it’s too much stress.

How can you build enough strength in case you don’t have much strength? I will share my secrets about how I became strong enough to do work in the office as well as at home. The first thing to do is to eat healthy food at home and eat that home-cooked food even when you’re outside your home. How can you do that? You can do that by taking some home-cooked food in a box with you wherever you go. It does not have to be too much food, or food that is difficult to eat outside your home. It can be a sandwich or some rice with vegetables or a little bit of pizza or some noodles or pasta.

The second thing to do is to do exercise at home. I do not mean walking at home, rather I mean freehand exercise which you can do in your bedroom or in your veranda. What kind of exercise is that? You can watch some YouTube videos about different freehand exercises you can do at home. But I would suggest avoiding dumbbells or any other type of heavy instruments. You can definitely use pushup bars or other light instruments. If you want to know what kind of exercises I myself actually do at home every day, then let me share that secret here. I do pushups every day at home in my bedroom or my sitting room. I also try to do pull-ups at home if possible every day. Sometimes I do sit-ups if possible, or some similar type of exercise. The reason I don’t do all of these and other exercises every day as a routine is that it becomes difficult and boring. So remember that you can do just two or three difficult exercises any day, and obviously you have to warm up before that. Watch some videos about what are warm-up exercises if you do not know already.

The third thing to do if you want to be stronger than you already are, is to walk outside your home in a neighborhood park or other vacant place every day. Make sure that you wear loose but appropriate clothes for walking as an exercise. This means you should not wear jeans, rather you should try to wear loose pants or a gym suit or shorts. Obviously you should wear sports shoes, which are called sneakers or keds in different countries, for walking as an exercise outside your home. Remember to maintain a high speed for walking outside, and definitely not drink water or have any food while you are walking outside. You can have water or food after you return home from walking outside.
