7. If you ate out, will you feel unhealthy? No. But you will have more fun cooking at home.

Maybe you like to eat out a lot. Because of the advertisements that we see every day in the mass media, we have become used to thinking that its great to spend money in a restaurant to have delicious food there. That is not the right idea, rather its not a good way to spend money at all. But I already admitted before in another blog post that I have the same wrong idea in my head sometimes obviously just like everyone else, and obviously because of the mass media. So, its not a sin to have food outside your home sometimes. But a the same time remember its not foolish to rather cook your own meals whenever possible.

The food that we can eat in a good restaurant is definitely going to look great. The whole restaurant definitely looks great every day. That's very natural. The taste of the food in that restaurant will naturally be great. But remember if you know how to cook good and healthy as well as tasty food in your kitchen, then it will feel greater if you have that home-cooked food whenever you can. So, that's how I want to strongly state that restaurants are great at presenting well-cooked food, but your own cooked food will be better cooked even if its not prepared in a glamorous restaurant by a famous chef and wasn't served by an attractive waiter. That's not what most people think, but I think in that way and maintain my way of thinking, and obviously ignore as much as possible all the foolish advertisements about so-called delicious and healthy food in expensive restaurants in many places in many countries around the world. So if you want, you can definitely ignore all this rubbish in the mass media every day, and be healthy and stay healthy eating your own cooked food every day. Keep reading my blog posts if you like my suggestions. Its your health that is important, and your home-cooked food is what can make you healthy and happy. Believe in your own power to cook good food and have it always to stay healthy and happy. You will have to spend money to buy the ingredients from a good shop, but that is the right thing to do any day.
