Eat healthy food.
What is healthy food? Healthy food is the food cooked at home. At home, we cook food which is delicious and at the same time, nutritious. Its important that we eat food which is both delicious and nutritious.
Remember, when you want to have tasty food, try to avoid anything that is too sweet or too spicy. At the same time, try to avoid food which is not clean or fresh.
Next, try to avoid food which is too oily or too fatty. This is a golden rule. If you do have oily food one day for fun, try not to have too much of it.
Finally, its important to maintain a nutritious diet. This means you have to eat enough proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and some oil. Obviously, you have to drink enough water everyday. But remember, its not good to drink too much water at any time.
