4. How can you prepare healthy foods?

Its not that difficult to prepare healthy foods. I have already written about healthy foods before. I have mentioned names of many healthy food items. You may not know how to prepare these food items for eating in a healthy way. Its not difficult to buy these items from the shops, but its not that easy to cook them. So, here are some tips on how to cook healthy food.

The first tip is you should buy food items from a good shop where all the food items are clean and fresh. Its very important to buy healthy food, and the food is not healthy if its not fresh. So make sure that the food items you are buying were made available or, in other words, were displayed in the shop on that day which you bought them.

The second tip is to wash all the food items you bought as soon as you bring them home. Its extremely important to wash any food item you buy, even if that item was in a package.

The third tip is to buy food which is nutritious and, at the same time, very easy to cook. If you want to have food which is tough to cook, then you should definitely know how to cook it in the proper way. If you don't know how to do that, its better if you don't buy that food, as it will be difficult for you to have that food at all. If you know how to cook the food items which you buy, then you will be able to have healthy cooked food at home. This is good for your health, and also a great way to have fun doing your own work.

The fourth tip is to cook food without too much oil or too much spice. Oil is good for our health, that is true. But too much oil in our cooked food will damage our health, which is definitely not necessary. If you use enough oil, the food will be cooked properly and will be delicious. If you don't use too much oil, and don't eat fried food regularly, then you will have very good health eating your own cooked food.

The fifth tip is to cook just enough food for that day. Its best if you cook food before every meal, but that is almost impossible for everyone. So, at least try to have some freshly cooked food everyday for two times, or two meals.

The sixth tip is to have food when its warm, but not immediately after it is cooked. Let your food cool down a little bit, its not necessary to have hot steaming food. And you should not have too much food, even if its very delicious.

The seventh tip is to have enough food, but to eat it slowly and chew every single food item or food piece you have for a meal. If you don't chew your food and have it slowly enough, then you will not be able to digest that food.

The last tip is to make sure that you have some food left after every meal, in case you feel hungry a little while later.

Another thing which I want to remind you is that its not at all important or necessary to have cooked food which is not delicious. Rather, its very important to have tasty food. And obviously its very important to have healthy food. Remember not to have unhealthy food in a fast food restaurant or in a road side shop. Its better if you cook those food items at home yourself, then have your own cooked food. If somebody else is cooking your food in your home kitchen (e.g. maid), make sure that the food is healthy after its cooked.
