1. How can you be healthy?

If you want to be healthy, you have to eat properly. At the same time, you should do some exercise. Last of all, you should take rest in the daytime while working, and sleep properly at night. You have to follow these rules, otherwise it will be impossible for you to be healthy.

Let me break down these rules. Good food is home-cooked food. So try to have as much food as possible from your home. Try to work out at home everyday. And you must sleep at least 7 to 8 hours every night.

Remember these rules. Don't break them.
